Zuma smoothies and frappes have become increasingly popular as summer approaches. Cool, refreshing and healthy, they provide a year-round, high margin sales opportunity. Made simply with ice, milk, one or two shots of espresso and two scoops of frappe powder. You can also cater for different tastes by adding more espresso or omitting it altogether. They are 97% fat free, unless of course you add whipped cream and chocolate sauce for an indulgent treat.
Very quick to make, all you need to do is fill a cup with ice, add 50% water and 50% smoothie mix, and then blend. You can alter the amount according to taste, or add alcohol for an extra kick! In order to create the perfect Frappe or Smoothie, we recommend a Blendtec Smoother, Blender Spacesaver or the Waring Bar Blender.
