Product January 2007: Chester Coffee are pleased to announce the first Fairtrade Smoothie in the UK is now available - Fruit Hit, launched by Just.
Our smoothies are currently sold in 330ml 100% recyclable bottles as opposed to the usual 250ml and are available in three great flavours: Mango & Orange, Blueberry & Blackcurrant and Pineapple & Passion Fruit, each of which provide around two of your five recommended portions of fruit and veg. Fruit Hit are made simply using 100% fruit with as much as possible sourced through fairtrade farmers in countries such as Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica and Argentina. We use the very latest in Cold Aseptic Bottling to ensure the very highest levels of quality and it is this that also gives Fruit Hit a six-month shelf life from date of bottling without the need for preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Our smoothies also have the added benefit of ambient storage but do taste better when served chilled. Samples |
