A Message To All Our Loyal Customers From Our Managing Director, Howard Dodds

January 2007 - I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued and valued support through 2006.

It has been a successful year for us; we continued to open many new accounts during 2006. Many of the new accounts are new businesses and we have enjoyed the challenge of advising and helping these new business ventures get off the ground. We will continue to help and advise on all aspects of the daily running of all our accounts, new and existing, helping us to grow in business together.

Lavazza sales were better than our sales predictions during 2005 and we continue to be the market leader in the supply of Lavazza. During 2006 we saw a continued rise in the Fair-trade movement and sales in products connected to the Rain Forest Alliance. Our aim for 2007 is to supply a complete range of beverage/ancillary fair trade products. We are very excited about the launch of the first fair trade fruit smoothes, using 100% fruit, they are available in 300ml 100% recyclable plastic bottles - so much so, we have made them our first Product of the Month for 2007. Flavours are Mango & Orange, Blueberry & Blackcurrant and Pineapple & Passion Fruit; please contact us for samples and prices.

With the cost of transport and raw material rising throughout the year, we tried very hard to keep price increases to a minimum. We will continue to offer a comprehensive range of quality products at realistic prices. We have saw a change in staff during 2006; our sales department welcomed Jamie Maguire and David Smith. Jamie will cover Chester, Wirral and North Wales; David will cover Manchester and the surrounding area into North Yorkshire and Derbyshire. They will no doubt call on you very soon. Once again I thank you for your continued support, and look forward to a prosperous 2007 together.
