March 2005 - Chester Coffee Services are proud to announce: We will be taking part in the Chester Food & Drink Festival at the end of this month to help support companies in the area and raise money for the Chester Hospice. As part of the Producers' Market (from Monday March 28 to Wednesday 30), we will hold a stall with a percentage of the proceeds going to the Chester Hospice. Volunteers from the Hospice are kindly running the stall and will offer cups of Italy's favourite coffee, Lavazza, at a reasonable price to visitors looking for a coffee break. At the Gala Dinner, which takes place on Thursday March 31, Chester Coffee will provide after dinner coffee and mints, and are pleased to help promote the 'Twinings &' range, with cups of Twinings & After Dinner Mint tea also available to diners. We are also proud to announce that Chester Coffee, in association with Lavazza, will be sponsoring the Best Café/Coffee Bar Award. The Award will be announced at a ceremony at the Gala Dinner, and will recognise the services and achievements of a local coffee shop, as voted for by customers. Chester Coffee's
Sales Director Howard Dodds said: "This is a fantastic opportunity
for Chester Coffee to show our support to local companies, events and
a worthwhile charity, the Chester Hospice. We are very much looking
forward to being a part of it." Chester Coffee Services is a family-run business which has been established since 1988, and is the largest independent distributor of Lavazza espresso in the UK. We distribute to group accounts nationally, but we are the preferred partner in the North. Other products include espresso machines and Twinings and CafeDirect Fairtrade ranges, plus after sales support. The Festival will run from Saturday March 26 until Sunday April 3, and is an annual event which has proved to be highly successful in recent years.
