Recipes for Hot and Cold Drinks

In order to get the most out of your products and expand your hot and cold drinks menu, here are some recipes to help you offer your customers a wide and impressive range of beverages, whilst remaining quick, easy and cheap for you to make. We stock the complete Philibert Routin syrups range, and recomend their flavours as a tasty and healthy way to create new drinks.

Coffees

You can simply add a flavoured syrup to coffee to create a new drink - vanilla, amaretto, hazelnut and caramel naturally combine with the coffee aromas, or try something more complicated:

Bananaccino

* 1/4 oz Routin Banana syrup
* 1/4 Routin Vanilla syrup
* 2oz espresso
* 3oz cold milk
* Cocoa powder for dusting


Teas

Spicy Toffee Tea

* 1/3 oz Routin Gingerbread syrup

* 1/6 oz Routin Caramel syrup

* 6 oz hot brewed black coffee

 

Hot Chocolate


Sweet Island Chocolate

* 1/3 oz Routin Butterscotch syrup
* 1/3 oz Routin Banana syrup
* 1/6 oz Routin Coconut syrup
* 1/6 oz Routin Mango syrup

* 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
* 5 oz cold milk
* whipped cream
* shaved coconut

 

Smoothies

Pink Velvet Smoothie

* 1 cup of crushed ice
* 1 1/4 oz Routin Strawberry syrup
* 1/4 Routin Blackberry syrup
* 3 oz cold milk
* 2oz passion fruit nectar chilled
* 4 or 5 fresh strawberries, plus a couple more for garnish

Cocktails

Sunny Cuba

* 1/3 oz Routin Grapefruit syrup
* 1/3 oz Routin Orange syrup
* 1/3 oz lemon juice
* 2 2/3 oz mango juice
* 1 2/3 oz Cuban Rum
